Logan Gilbert has struggled recently as Davis Martin has the numbers Gilbert should have. Martin has only allowed more than to runs once in his first seven starts this season and Seattle is only hitting .233 against righties on the road thus far. Gilbert is a strikeout dependent pitcher but hasn’t been missing many bats and has allowed at least one, or more, home runs in four of his last five starts. The White Sox are still hitting .273 over their last seven days despite losing four of their last six.
