After a west coast road trip against San Francisco and the LA Dodgers, the Marlins have lost two of three at home to the Phillies. Look for multiple bats to have a big game at the plate tonight, against struggling veteran Aaron Nola. Kyle Stowers is completing just his third full series of the year, and first four game series after dealing with a hamstring injury. With hits in consecutive games, today look for Stowers to tack on his first RBI of the year.

A player that has been one of the most consistent in the hitting prop market for the Miami Marlins has been Liam Hicks. Hicks is 21st in batting average, and already has seven home runs on the season. Aaron Nola has had his issues on the road, and his last two times pitching at Marlins Park has given up no less than eight hits. It’s also the last ballpark on the road Nola has given up three home runs. Take Hicks combination line over.

We keep being told the Phillies are better than what we’ve seen. But what about if they’re not? Aaron Nola owns a 6.03 ERA and the offense ranks 29th in average and 26th in scoring. They can hit home runs, but Janson Junk has given up just two in six games and is coming off six innings of shutout ball vs. the Dodgers.
