Kevin Gausman has finished with less than five strikeouts just twice in the second half of the season and he'll face the Yankees for the fourth time so far. The first matchup saw Gausman blow up badly, but the second start was solid, albeit with just three strikeouts in five innings. The third time Gausman saw this lineup he shut them down across seven innings with eight strikeouts. With Stanton back in there and the Yankees traveling after a long game Thursday night in Houston, I'm going to back Gausman here on the 6th strikeout. He generally sticks in the game long enough to have ample opportunities for the over and I've got a ladder at 7,8,9 Ks.
