Went to bed a little earlier than normal last night but Toronto was up 4-0 on Minnesota, so imagine my surprise when I woke up early this morning. If the Blue Jays fall one game short of earning the AL East title/AL's top seed, circle last night. Just a crushing, unacceptable loss. Can't lose another one to such a bad team at home ahead of a mega-series vs. Milwaukee. Jays starter Eric Lauer has a 2.45 ERA at home this year. Toronto hasn't lost back-to-back home games in a couple of months.
