I highly doubt that D-backs' Wednesday starter Merrill Kelly is going to do the same this evening after his succession of rough outings, including his last two starts in which he's been pounded for 12 hits and 8 runs across 11 IP in Arizona losses to the Cards and Nats. Now the D-backs have to deal with Chris Sale, who is looking back to his old self on the mound. Across five May starts into tonight, his ERA was a microscopic 1.11, including six innings of two-hit, shutout ball in last Thursday's win at Philadelphia. Play Braves on the Run Line.

Chris Sale allowed 1 ER in his prior outing vs. Arizona. He has a 1.42 ERA in his last 7 starts with 54 Ks in 44 1/3 IP. The D-Backs have been scuffling by and large and Merrill Kelly has been poor away from home (4.59 ERA). Most of the Braves' key bats hit Kelly pretty well.
