Kevin Gausman comes off his best outing of the season, beating the Padres 14-0, where he went seven strong innings, but he allowed six runs before that to Tampa Bay. Jacob deGrom had won four straight games, allowing a total of three runs until the Rangers lost his last time out to the Yankees, 4-3. Texas has been amazing at home, at 17-10 on the season.
