The A's won four of five to kick off May, but they've gone 2-15 since and are in jeopardy of being swept in yet another series. Hoglund has allowed four or more runs in back-to-back starts, with at least five hits allowed in each of his four MLB outings so far. After how much the A's bullpen was used the last couple days, I think the Philly bats break through at some point, and Mason Miller is likely unavailable as well. Luzardo has a 1.95 ERA and has allowed more than two runs just once in ten starts. The Phillies are in a much better position with their bullpen behind Luzardo.
