I watched Kyle Gibson deliver offspeed pitches ball from hand (you could see it would be a ball, not a strike out of his hand) in Aberdeen, MD vs Mets Hi-A batters and get hit hard by lefties and righties alike. He gave up 4 HRs, on 4 different pitch types, within the first 11 pitches he threw to the Yankees in his first start of the season (yeah we faded him), and even the Royals pop-gun offense should be able to get to him. His velo is down and command suspect. I'm not a big Michael Lorenzen guy but he continues to out-perform his peripherals. O's RH bulk guy, if there's a quick hook, is Air Chuck Morton (can't get groundballs). Peep his stats
