The Rays have been involved in a lot of low scoring games of late thanks to putting up just 20 runs in eight games since scoring 10 on July 4. Cleveland is a disappointing 2-4 on its current road trip but remains one of the best teams in baseball. The Guardians are 8-2 in Ben Lively's last 10 starts, and I think he bounces back from a rough start in Detroit against an offense that isn't playing well and owns an 88 OPS+ against righties this season.

Ryan Pepiot is coming off a strong performance against the Yankees, but he's been walking a fine line in recent starts, averaging three walks per game in his last five but surrendering just six runs in his last four combined. He's allowed at least two earned runs in eight of his last 10 overall, and even though the Cleveland offense has struggled of late, they're good enough to take advantage of Pepiot's wildness to put up some runs on Sunday.
