The Twins have been scoring lots of runs, a trend we saw full speed last weekend in the 4-game sweep of the A's at Target Field, with Minnesota scoring 26 runs across the series, tallying six runs or more in each game. The scoring barrage continues for Minnesota, which has now produced 58 runs in eight games and 78 runs in eleven. This same pitching matchup turned into a shooting gallery last Sunday, when the Twins' Chris Paddack was blistered for 5 runs and 5 hits (2 homers) in 2 1/3 IP, while Joey Estes (6 runs and 8 hits, also 2 homers, in 2 2/3 IP) no better for the A's in an eventual 8-7 Minnesota win.
