I don't think the Cards should get +1.5 for this one, and at some books they aren't. The Padres most likely are without closer Josh Hader as he has pitched in both games of this series, and they are at the end of a road trip. Rich Hill has had a really solid MLB career but he belongs in a beer league softball game in Naperville these days. Hill was 0-3 with 9.53 ERA and 1.50 WHIP over his first three starts with the Padres, had one skipped and then struggled in relief. We'll do a half-unit due to the price and it's not like the Cards are mega-motivated, either. Pitcher Miles Mikolas hasn't exactly been lights out himself of late.
