After losing nine of 10 games, the Blue Jays got a much- needed victory Tuesday over the Phillies. On Wednesday, it will be a much more difficult matchup against Phillies pitcher Zach Wheeler. Over his last two outings, he has been flawless without allowing a run. This may be decided in the latter innings in a bullpen game.
