Jack Flaherty will be making his season debut, although he will be on a pitch count so he will only go about four innings or so. I am a little worried about who will come in after him after a DH yesterday but that’s really my only worry here, and I trust the Cardinals have a plan. The Cardinals lineup is all of a sudden one of the deepest in the league with the additions of Nolan Gorman and Brendan Donovan and the Pirates have lost 9 in a row now.

Perhaps consider a Paul Goldschmidt hitting prop tonight. I recently posted a news story on how he has become the new NL MVP favorite at Caesars, and he has obliterated Pittsburgh pitching this season. It's the season debut for Jack Flaherty and while he will be limited to about 60 pitches, I think he will be quite good.
