Not very trusting of Toronto starting pitcher Ross Stripling, but he's generally going to give you five innings and allow two runs. His counterpart, Cleveland's Triston McKenzie, has allowed 13 runs and six homers in his three outings since the All-Star break and has a 6.75 road ERA overall. After being upset Monday by the Indians, the Jays have scored seven and eight runs in the past two and should put up a similar number here. Cleveland is concluding a seven-game trip without a day off and probably out of gas. That's probably why star third baseman Jose Ramirez is not in the lineup.
