I picked this game yesterday for the Twins before it was called off, but both these teams tend to struggle against lefties. I like the lineup the Twins are putting out and I give the bullpen advantage, especially after a day off, to the Twins. Alex Colome has been worrysome with the lead, but Taylor Rogers has been shutdown in his place. I like the Twins here.

We picked this game and same pitching matchup Monday in favor of the Twins, but it was postponed due to the civil unrest happening in the Minneapolis area. Today's game is expected to be played and again will feature a pair of lefties in the Red Sox's Martin Perez and Twins' JA Happ. Lifetime against Minnesota, Perez is 0-3 with a 4.91 ERA in five games (four starts). Minnesota is 2-1 vs. southpaws this year and Boston 2-2. That Monday's game was called off might actually hurt the Sox a bit as they were raking on a six-game winning streak. Hitters don't like days off when rolling.
