Ravens vs. Saints Monday NFL odds, trends: Bettors backing Baltimore, Alvin Kamara to score touchdown

The Ravens visit the Saints on Monday Night Football.

The Baltimore Ravens were as high as 3.5-point favorites for tonight's game at the New Orleans Saints but are down to -1.5 at Caesars Sportsbook despite taking 72% of the tickets and 55% of the money at the book. On the total of 46.5, 52% of the tickets are on the Over but 91% of the money on the Under. The three most-wagered player props at BetMGM, meanwhile, are all on Saints running back Alvin Kamara. The big injury news is that the Ravens – who already had lost No. 1 wideout Rashod Bateman for the season to a Lisfranc injury – will be without Pro Bowl tight end Mark Andrews due to a knee injury. He didn't even travel with the team. Andrews has 42 catches for 488 yards and five touchdowns. It will be the first time in Andrews' five-year career that he will miss a game because of injury. Isaiah Likely, a rookie fourth-round draft pick, is expected to start in place of Andrews. Also, No. 1 running back Gus Edwards (hamstring) is doubtful.

Linebacker Roquan Smith, a two-time All-Pro, will make his Ravens debut after being acquired via trade from the Chicago Bears.

New Orleans will be without Pro Bowl cornerback Marshon Lattimore and backup running back Mark Ingram. Receiver Jarvis Landry questionable. Fellow wideout Michael Thomas, the former NFL Offensive Player of the Year, is likely done for the season with a toe issue.

In last week's win over the Raiders, Kamara rushed for a touchdown and caught two TD passes from Andy Dalton. It was Kamara's third career game with at least three touchdowns. He now has 10 career games with both a rushing and receiving score, tied for the fifth most all-time. Kamara to score the game's first TD at +600 is the most-wagered prop at BetMGM followed by Kamara for an anytime TD at -120 and Over 37.5 receiving yards (-120).

Dalton is 6-19 in primetime games as a starter in his career -- including a three-interception performance in a loss this season to Arizona when two picks were returned for scores. His last primetime win was Sept. 13, 2018 against the Ravens when Dalton was the starter for the Cincinnati Bengals. His last Monday night win as a starter was against the Denver Broncos on Dec. 22, 2014.
