And then there were none. That is the case for millions of Survivor contest players around the world after Week 5 in the NFL saw the carnage rear its ugly head in a big way. The Rams, Cardinals and Bills were the biggest culprits, knocking close to 8,000 entries out of Survivor contests in Las Vegas alone. After a record 18,718 entries made up the Circa Survivor field to begin the 2025 season, just a little over 4,600 are left heading into Week 6. Only 16 entries of an original 69 remain in Circa Grandissimo, and just 25 are still standing in the $5K SuperContest Survivor at the Westgate Las Vegas.

James Salinas, myself, and Mike Pritchard – our team on the Las Vegas Football Contest Show (www.FootballContestShow.com) – were knocked out last week as well. We began the season with three entries in Circa Survivor. We lost one with the Chargers in Week 4. We had the Cardinals and the Bills on the other two remaining entries in Week 5. The good news is we more than doubled our lifespan this season versus last. If we are able to continue that trend next season, that would have us staying alive until somewhere close to Thanksgiving – and that is likely a time deep enough into the year for an opportunity to monetize.

The Packers will certainly be an extremely popular Survivor choice in Week 6 as two-touchdown favorites at home against the Bengals. The Rams and the Broncos are a couple of the other big favorites. What is interesting, though, in Circa Survivor, many entries that are still alive no longer have any of these three teams available. Heading into Week 7, the inherent value of that $1,000 ticket Circa Survivor players purchased over the summer, has now quadrupled in value.
