NFL Week 6 score predictions: Expert reveals game picks for the 15 NFL matchups

SportsLine expert Eric Cohen reveals his score predictions for all 15 games in Week 6 of the 2025 NFL season

The remaining 1972 Miami Dolphins can pop the champagne after the last two remaining unbeaten teams, Philadelphia and Buffalo, lost as home favorites in Week 5. The Eagles blew a 17-3 lead, giving up 18 points in the fourth quarter in losing to the Broncos before then taking a second loss on 'Thursday Night Football' to the Giants in Week 6. Meanwhile, the Bills fell on a last second field goal, 23-20 to the Patriots last Sunday.

For those in survivor pools who used either of those two teams or even Arizona at home against Tennessee, the pain of being eliminated might be too fresh this week. The Cardinals suffered the most painful loss of Week 5, blowing a 21-6 lead with a dropped fumble at the 1-yard line and an interception-turned-fumble-touchdown on one play contributing to their demise.

For those who are still alive in what are sure to be depleted survivor pools, which teams are the safest bets this week? And which favorites carry more risk than others? With Week 6 of the 2025 NFL season approaching, SportsLine expert Eric Cohen has made his exact score predictions for all 15 games. Before you lock in any NFL picks, make sure you see what Cohen has to say.

A SportsLine expert and host, Cohen is evaluating the entire Week 6 NFL slate and delivers score predictions and logic for each matchup. After a 6-8 record in Week 5, Cohen is now 50-27-1 (65%) in 2025 following a 190-95 record (69%) in 2024-25 and has been profitable for bettors.

We can tell you that Cohen likes Buccaneers (-3.5, 47.5) to win and cover against the 49ers at 4:25 p.m. ET on Sunday.

"You can parlay a Baker Mayfield MVP-Emeka Egbuka Rookie of the Year ticket at more than 20-1 odds. The way both are playing, I don't hate it. The Buccaneers are in a class by themselves in the NFC South and will be hosting a playoff game come January. I can make an argument for a 13-4 season if all goes well for Tampa Bay. And many props to San Francisco for being 4-1 and winning last Thursday in LA, but this isn't a good spot for them with still plenty of injury concerns to navigate on offense -- mainly at quarterback with Brock Purdy (toe) out and Mac Jones (knee, oblique) questionable. Buccaneers 28, 49ers 21."

In addition, Cohen is picking a team to win by three touchdowns and easily cover the spread on Sunday! Nailing this result is key to making profitable Week 6 NFL picks. You ABSOLUTELY NEED to see which game this is before locking in any Week 6 NFL score predictions!
