NFL Week 4 score predictions: Expert reveals game picks for the 16 NFL matchups

SportsLine expert Eric Cohen reveals his score predictions for all 16 games in Week 4 of the 2025 NFL season

Of any sport, the NFL produces the strangest and most unpredictable results on a week-to-week basis. Take the Carolina Panthers, who gave up 26 to Jacksonville and 27 to Arizona, before holding Atlanta to zero in Week 3. Or the Browns, who got pummeled in Baltimore, holding Green Bay to 10 points and beating them on a long field goal as time expired. And as always, the league provided plenty of drama in Week 3 with four games having been decided by field goal attempts on the final play.

In Week 4, the headlining game, despite both teams being 1-2, is the Ravens taking on the Chiefs in Kansas City. The Chiefs have won six of the last seven meetings, including most recently a 27-20 thriller on opening night last season and a 17-10 AFC Championship victory in Baltimore in January 2024. The Ravens are favored by 2.5 points on the road with the total projected at 48.5 points, giving it one of the highest over/unders of NFL Week 4, trailing only Rams vs. Colts (+3.5, 49.5). Will Kansas City's offense show signs of life against the Ravens' talented, but underachieving defense?

With Week 4 of the 2025 NFL season approaching, SportsLine expert Eric Cohen has made his exact score predictions for all 16 games. Before you lock in any NFL picks, make sure you see what Cohen has to say.

A SportsLine expert and host, Cohen is evaluating the entire Week 4 NFL slate and delivers score predictions and logic for each matchup. He began the season with a 12-4 record in Week 1 and went 11-5 in Week 2, followed by a 12-4 record in Week 3. He is now 35-13 (73%) following a 190-95 record (69%) in 2024-25 and has been profitable for bettors.

We can tell you that Cohen likes Eagles (-3.5, 44.5) to win and cover against the Buccaneers at 1 p.m. ET on Sunday.

"Dating back to 2015, the Buccaneers have won six of the last seven against the Eagles. Both teams were shaky on Sunday but fortunate to come away with victories, although at least Philadelphia had the excuse of playing a good team in the Rams. With each being 3-0 and prohibitive division favorites, I wouldn't be surprised to see this matchup again come January. But I'm going to trust the oddsmakers on this one, who came out with a Philly -3 line. I probably would've made the odds closer to even than a field goal considering the Eagles' previous struggles in the Florida heat. There's a reason the hotels are so big in Vegas – fade the oddsmakers at your own risk. Eagles 24, Buccaneers 20."

In addition, Cohen is picking one underdog to win outright by more than a touchdown in a game where the wrong team is favored! Nailing this result is key to making profitable Week 4 NFL picks. You ABSOLUTELY NEED to see which game this is before locking in any Week 4 NFL score predictions!
