Anyone who took the Dallas Cowboys in survivor pools has to be thanking their lucky stars they remain alive after what might end up being the biggest sweat of 2025. Five different lead changes in the fourth quarter set up a 64-yard Brandon Aubrey field goal to send the game against the Giants into overtime, where the Cowboys kicked the winning field goal with no time remaining to send all their survivor backers on to Week 4.

Those in larger survivor pools who took the Cowboys now don't have to worry about using them over the remainder of the year to get through 18 (or 20 gameweeks). And those who backed the Bengals against the Browns in Week 1 also are unaffected by the Joe Burrow injury, while all others will have to weigh whether there's a spot worth using Cincinnati with Jake Browning at quarterback over the next three months.

Now we turn to Week 3, where just like Week 2, one massive favorite is calling out to competitors in smaller pools to use.
