How do I use SportsLine's picks?

For each pick -- point spread, money line, Over/Under - we provide a pick of A, B or C. In some cases our simulation produces the same line as the betting line. In these cases we assign NO PICK.

The biggest factor in determining the grade is the difference between our projection and the betting line. Larger differences equal higher grades.

But depending on the league, our proprietary handicapping method can yield higher grades where there is a small discrepancy between our sim line and the betting line. Conversely, there may be situations where there is a large difference between our sim line and the betting line but the pick grade is lowered.

• A-Rated picks are our top selections. You can use SportsLine PRO as a traditional pick service by playing our A-Rated picks.
• B-Rated Picks are ones we like, but for various reasons they are not as strongly recommended as the A-rated picks.
• C-Rated Picks should be considered "leans." Use them if you are making picks by building consensus among multiple sources.
