Second-round qualifying in Concacaf for the 2022 World Cup continues on Tuesday with three second-leg matches. The marquee contest features Canada, ranked No. 70 in the world, taking on No. 83 Haiti at Seatgeek Stadium in Bridgeview, Ill. at 9:05 p.m. ET. The other matches are Curaçao against Panama (8 p.m. ET) and El Salvador versus St. Kitts and Nevis (9:05 p.m. ET). William Hill Sportsbook lists Canada as the -250 money-line favorite (risk $250 to win $100) in the Canada vs. Haiti odds, while Haiti is the +650 underdog.
