The Oklahoma City Thunder can secure the franchise's first championship since relocating from Seattle when they visit the Indiana Pacers Thursday evening for Game 6 of the 2025 NBA Finals. The Thunder have won the last two games and hold a 3-2 lead in the series, while Indiana is hoping to defend home court and force Game 7. The Pacers have listed star point guard Tyrese Haliburton as questionable as he's dealing with a right calf strain. Haliburton is considered a game-time decision. There are also 16 MLB games on Thursday's slate with two doubleheaders, as well as two WNBA matchups.

Oklahoma City Thunder (-6, 222) at Indiana Pacers: 8:30 p.m. ET
The Thunder are one win away from a title and have gotten big contributions from league MVP Shai Gilgeous-Alexander over the last two games. The point guard dropped 15 of his 35 points in the fourth quarter of Game 4, hitting a crucial 3-point shot and a jumper to give the Thunder a late lead en route to tying the series. SGA had 31 points and 10 assists in the Game 5 win, playing a supporting role to Jalen Williams who exploded for 40 points. The Pacers didn't get much from Haliburton in Game 5 as he played through the calf injury, but they received a nice spark from T.J. McConnell and Obi Toppin to come within a possession of the Thunder at one point. Perhaps Indiana can get some more magic from its role players at home to push the series back to OKC for Game 7.

Pittsburgh Pirates (-139, 7) at Detroit Tigers: 5:40 p.m. ET
This is the second game of the doubleheader and Pittsburgh is sending ace Paul Skenes to the mound. Despite posting a 1.78 ERA this season, Skenes is just 4-6 as the Pirates have failed to provide much run support for the star. The Tigers have not named a pitcher yet for this contest but the model is spitting out a rare 'A' grade for a play on the money line in this game.

Indiana Fever (-11.5, 164.5) at Golden State Valkyries: 10 p.m. ET
The Fever garnered plenty of additional attention Tuesday in their win over the Sun, with several scuffles breaking out during the contest after Connecticut guard Marina Mabrey shouldered Indiana star Caitlin Clark after Clark took exception to a foul from Jacy Sheldon. Tensions escalated further when Sophie Cunningham committed a hard foul on Sheldon on a breakaway layup with the game result already in hand. There are no suspensions on Indiana's side though, which means Clark will be in action against the WNBA's latest expansion franchise. The Valkyries are 5-6 on the season and are getting excellent production from Kayla Thornton, who is averaging 14.6 points and 7.2 rebounds per game.
