2026 Fantasy Football sleeper rankings: Breakout RB, underrated rookie WR top our list of 20 players to target
We rank our favorite sleepers for 2026 Fantasy Football drafts, including several players likely to go undrafted in most leagues
I'm back with my top 20 Fantasy Football sleepers of 2026. If you're new to this list, I take everyone outside of the top 96 players at FantasyPros (which is roughly the first eight rounds of Fantasy drafts) and rank from least to most the overlooked players I want on my Fantasy teams this year. We grade success on whether a player in this pool can finish twice as high at his position in Fantasy points scored per game than his ranking, rounded up.
What does that look like in practice? Well, we had Kyle Pitts on last year's list at the TE17 in rankings, which meant he had to finish in the top eight to qualify as a sleeper hit. He ended up fifth in points per game at tight end and second overall, so that was a success. Other hits from last year include Dak Prescott (finished seventh as the QB14), Dallas Goedert (sixth, TE15) and Juwan Johnson (12th, TE29), while we also scored big with players like Chase Brown, Jayden Daniels and Nico Collins since starting this series in 2023.
This year, we're using the FantasyPros consensus rankings instead of ADP, which will change greatly in the coming weeks, and this will also allow us to dive a little bit deeper with names well off the radar. Our top 20 sleepers include seven names outside the FP overall top 200 and even three outside the top 300.
