2024 NCAA Tournament Clemson vs. Baylor odds, line: Model reveals college basketball picks, predictions for Mar. 24, 2024

The SportsLine Projection Model has locked in its best bets for Clemson vs. Baylor in the 2024 NCAA Tournament

By@SportsLineUpdated: Mar 24, 2024 1:18PM UTC . 2 min read

The second round of the 2024 NCAA Tournament has the No. 6 seed Clemson Tigers and the No. 3 seed Baylor Bears battling on Sunday at 6:10 p.m. ET. Baylor is a 4.5-point favorite in the latest Clemson vs. Baylor via SportsLine consensus, while the over/under for total points scored is 145 (see up-to-date odds for every game this week on our college basketball odds page).

Before making any Clemson vs. Baylor picks, you need to check out the college basketball predictions from the SportsLine Projection Model.

The model simulates every Division I college basketball game 10,000 times. It enters the 2024 NCAA tournament on a 148-106 roll on all top-rated college basketball picks dating back to last season, returning more than $1,700 for $100 players. It also has a strong 29-19 (+810) record on top-rated spread picks this season. Anyone following has seen HUGE returns!

The model knows Clemson senior forward PJ Hall has been one of the main contributors all year. Hall can score around the rim with ease and plays superb defense in the paint. He leads the team in scoring (18.7) and blocks (1.5) to go along with 6.5 rebounds per game. He had 14 points and three rebounds in his last outing.

The model also knows Baylor freshman guard Ja'kobe Walter brings a crafty shot creator onto the floor. Walter scores at will and owns great ball handlers. The Texas native averages 14.4 points with 4.4 rebounds per game. In the first-round win over Colgate, Walter finished with 19 points and four boards.

For Sunday, the model has set its sights on Clemson vs. Baylor. We can tell you the model is leaning Over on the point total, and it also says one side of the spread hits in well over 60% of simulations. You ABSOLUTELY need to see the model before locking in any college basketball picks.
