The American Express 2024 set to begin on Thursday, January 18 in La Quinta, Calif.. The event will once again be held on three courses in the La Quinta area -- La Quinta Country Club, PGA West (Nicklaus Tournament Course), and the Pete Dye Stadium Course. Jon Rahm won the tournament in 2023. The American Express 2024 field is headlined by Scottie Scheffler, Patrick Cantlay, Xander Schauffele, and Justin Thomas. Scheffler is the 11-2 favorite in the latest 2024 American Express odds. He is followed by Cantlay (9-1), Schauffele (9-1), Thomas (20-1), Sungjae Im (22-1), and Min Woo Lee (25-1).
