The ninth-seeded Owls (35-3, 18-2 C-USA), who are on an 11-game winning streak, are in the NCAA Tournament for just the second time in school history and for the first time since 2002. They lost in the first round of that tournament. The fifth-seeded Aztecs (31-6, 15-3 Mountain West), who have eight consecutive wins, have advanced to their first Final Four after reaching the Round of 32 just twice before.

The game from the NRG Stadium in Houston is scheduled for 6:09 p.m. ET on CBS. The Aztecs are favored by 2 points in the latest Florida Atlantic vs. San Diego State odds from Caesars Sportsbook, while the over/under for total points scored is 130.5.
