The NASCAR Cup Series schedule continues on Sunday with the 2022 Dixie Vodka 400 at Homestead-Miami Speedway. It's the second race in the Round of 8 for the 2022 NASCAR Playoffs and there will be a new champion this season after Kyle Larson was eliminated from contention two weeks ago. The green flag drops at 2:30 p.m. ET. Denny Hamlin and Tyler Reddick are 7-1 co-favorites in the latest NASCAR at Homestead odds from Caesars Sportsbook.

William Byron was the last winner at Homestead-Miami nearly 18 months ago when he led a race-high 102 laps on his way to victory lane. It was Hendrick Motorsports' first win in Miami since Jimmie Johnson won the 2016 Ford EcoBoost 400 there.
