This feels like a bigger mismatch than the odds suggest. Scotland had their fun with a win over Haiti, but now they play a team that is both physical and organized. Against Haiti, Scotland were lucky to keep a clean sheet. Haiti was dangerous but lacked the finishing quality in the box. That won’t be the case for Morocco who can tee up new Bayern man Ismael Saibri. He will feast on those chances that Frantzdy Pierrot wasted.

The Atlas Lions were vastly superior in the opening stages of that game, and they led 1-0, only for VinÃcius Júnior to equalize with a piece of individual brilliance. The game then fizzled out in the second half, but Morocco earned a creditable point. Scotland secured a tense 1-0 win against Haiti in their opener, but Morocco represent a massive step up in quality, and the African champions should win this game.
