Think I have reached my Sacred Heart quota as we talked about the hoops team earlier this week. The football team (didn't know had one) is an FCS independent (didn't know that existed). Its only loss at home this season was by 2 points in the opener. LIU is 2-7 overall and winless on the road. I'd like to tell you more but both team's official games notes are from the late 1980s and mention Milli Vanilli so ... purely a model play.

Sacred Heart's brand of football is one that relies on strong point of attack play and efficiency on offense. They are a very disciplined bunch who does a really good job with their run game and defensive ability to get off the field. Their discipline will be the reason why they can cover vs LIU.
