The Gophers will try and follow Michigan's gameplan against this USC defense, but they aren't nearly as talented. That will help kill clock and keep the score low.

Minnesota has great pass defense numbers, but the Gophers have yet to play a quarterback like Miller Moss and definitely haven't had to man up against receivers like the Trojans. I think there is a size and athleticism advantage that USC has against the Minnesota secondary.
