Michigan State and Iowa have both stayed Under the total in three of their four games and I bet that this one will too. Iowa got exposed last week 31-0 against Penn State. They were outgained 397-76. Michigan State didn’t have issues moving the ball against Maryland but they had issues holding on to the ball with five turnovers.
