This is one of a couple spots where I think you can apply the QB Battle Principle, noting that if there are two players active in competition in Week 1 then the offense should be holding nothing back when the starter leaves the field. These coaching staffs want to find out what the back-up has, and that's going to lead to touchdown opportunities for Devin Brown in addition to Kyle McCord. The Buckeyes defense was also excellent against lesser competition last season, and Indiana certainly counts as lesser competition.
