The Seminoles had a mid-season three-game slump, but have been on fire ever since. Florida State has won its last four games by an average over 33 ppg. Granted, the teams the Seminoles beat may not be as good as Florida, but who knows? The Gators are coming off a loss at Vanderbilt. We are not asking FSU to cover 30 though, just 9.5 and I'll take that.

Few teams are excelling lately like Florida State, which has blistered its last four foes by a combined 173-39. Florida might still be reeling from a loss to Vanderbilt. Now the Gators' roster is shorn of five ailing receivers, including the top pair -- Xzavier Henderson and Justin Shorter. Yet another is questionable. Worse, LB Ventrelle Miller, a defensive standout, must sit out a half for targeting. FSU has not beaten the Gators since 2018. To kick Florida when it's momentarily down is an opportunity the 'Noles surely will jump on.
