The Wildcats managed to score 24 at Maryland last week, but that is just a little short of their total for the previous three weeks combined. Against Iowa’s defense, NU will do well to hit double digits. The chances of Iowa going past 20 are pretty slim also and a single digit score would be no surprise.

Northwestern got itself in a shootout at Maryland last week, and the game went Over the total. The previous week, the Wildcats lost to Wisconsin 42-7 at home in a contest that also went Over. But their previous four games finished Under, and I think this matchup will as well because Iowa tries to hold on to slim leads and run out the clock. The Hawkeyes have a great defense, and I don’t expect much from Northwestern's offense. The last five meetings have stayed Under, so look for this one to do the same.
