This total is too low. In past seasons it would make sense, as both Washington and Cal have been led by solid defenses. That's not the case for Cal this season, as they've been pretty bad on that side of the ball. Washington could get to 31 points on its own here rather easily, and I have this total closer to 49 than I do 46.5, so it's a no-brainer for me.
