These teams split the regular season series, and the line has flipped in Morehead State’s favor. This is a neutral court venue in Indiana as well. At one point, the Eagles were atop the division then going on an eight-game losing streak before ending it on the last game of their season. Lindenwood has been more competitive and the better offensive team of late, but the Eagles are still the more experienced team and ended the season with better offensive form over their last three games of the season, especially from the free throw line.

Where's the offense? It's been hard to find for Morehead State, which finally snapped an 8-game skid on the weekend vs. UT-Martin. Scoring, however, continues to be a major issue for the Eagles, who haven't scored more than 66 points in calendar 2025. Note top scorer F Kenny White Jr has been held to single-digit scoring in three of the past seven games, and Morehead's offensive numbers are abysmal, just 66.2 ppg (ranks 338th), FG shooting (41.9% ranks 317th), and three-point accuracy (30.4% rates 33rd). The Eagles are also on a 14-7 under run. Meanwhile, Lindenwood has at least been winning (four of six) but the Lions have shortcomings, too, especially beyond the arc (only 28.9% triples).
