Georgetown is 9-1 SU at home this season. The Musketeers have played the much tougher schedule with close games, but losses, to Marquette, UConn and Cincinnati. Jayden Epps, Georgetown’s leading scorer, is currently a game time decision, which is probably why this line is short. The Hoyas have the 5th best defense in terms of guarding inside the arc, but that may be partially due to their strength of schedule. Xavier has been the more consistent offense, shooting 40% from beyond the arc on the season, where the Hoyas struggle to defend. Georgetown has won three of the last 16 meetings between these two.
