Simply put, Oral Roberts hasn't played much high-end competition this year and the few times they have, it hasn't gone particularly well. Duke on the other hand is on a 9-game winning streak and they have had a relatively easy time winning and covering over the last couple of weeks. The young Blue Devils are all grown up and are peaking at the perfect time.
