Hofstra really improved this defense to end the season, ultimately falling to UNC-W in the CAA semifinals. Rutgers will certainly be mad after getting snubbed from the NCAA tournament and have been great at home the last two seasons. However, the Scarlet Knights struggle mightily on offense, shooting 42.4 percent effectively over their last three games. The Pride have shot 59.3 percent effectively while also shooting 43.1 percent from three to the Scarlet Knights 24.1 percent during that span as well. I’m on Hofstra.
