I was probably going to pass on this game with Iowa playing so well, but the Hawkeyes will be without forward Patrick McCaffrey (10.5 pgg, 3.9 rpg) due to illness, so I'll roll with Illinois at home now. The Illini won at Iowa by four on Dec. 6. Illinois can get a share of the Big Ten title and the top seed in the conference tournament with a win thanks to Wisconsin's shocking home loss to Nebraska. UPDATE: Illinois just ruled out Jacob Grandison so I don't like this pick nearly as much now. Knew I should have waited until closer to tip!

Iowa is looking to spoil yet another Senior Night while robbing the Illini of a share of the conference title and the first seed in the upcoming tournament. Watching the Hawkeyes attempt to do so will be some of the best basketball of the evening. This is going to be one of those scenarios where Illinois is most likely content with simply winning and theres a good chance that it could be a one-bucket game.
