Cardinals interim coach Mike Pegues pulled 6-11 senior Malik Williams, the team's leading rebounder and second-leading scorer, after three minutes at Wake Forest on Saturday. Louisville went on to lose by 22. Williams was a key part of Louisville's two previous games, a competitive loss at UNC and a win over Clemson, but he was suspended earlier. Reports indicate he won't play tonight. This is a great spot for the Hokies, who have won eight of nine and are eager to finally beat Louisville after losing 17 straight in the series. At 10-8 in the ACC, 18-11 overall and currently out of the NCAA Tournament field, the Hokies will be searching for an emphatic win.
