Evolution Expands New Jersey Online Casino Presence with PlayStar Partnership
The New Jersey online casino landscape sees its live dealer options expand as Evolution partnered with PlayStar.

Recognized as a world-renowned game developer, Evolution further bolstered its presence among online casinos in New Jersey thanks to a partnership with PlayStar Casino. Under terms of the agreement, both Evolution and Ezugi will serve as the sole providers of live dealer online casino games in the Garden State.
Details of updated deal with Evolution, PlayStar Casino
According to the announcement, PlayStar will feature the complete library of Evolution and Ezugi live dealer games in New Jersey on the heels of the latter two groups joining forces to expand live dealer offerings. That includes ever-popular titles like:
- Crazy Time
- Red Door Roulette
- Lightning Roulette
In addition, NJ online casino players will have access to live dealer craps, blackjack, roulette and baccarat, similar to games players will find at the likes of FanDuel Casino and the BetMGM Casino app, among others.
Fredrik Liljewall, CEO of PlayStar, noted Evolution's standing as a go-to supplier of live dealer games in the US. Thanks to Evolution's quality, innovation and consistency, Liljewall said, PlayStar is able to capitalize and provide NJ online casino users with a more immersive live casino experience.
PlayStar launches 'Home of Live' app in NJ
Launched in June 2020 in New Jersey, PlayStar has committed itself to providing highly personalized and engaging online casino experiences. As a representation of that, PlayStar launched its "Home of Live" app for NJ online casino players – the first live dealer-only online casino app in the US.
According to Marcus Huber, chief commercial officer of North America at Evolution, the app's purpose is to create greater awareness of PlayStar's live dealer library while showcasing the operator's full potential in the US market.
PlayStar could certainly leverage this updated partnership to gain better traction among NJ online casinos. In terms of revenue, it ranks around the middle of the nearly 30-operator market. There's little doubt that PlayStar is hoping its commitment to improved live dealer games could catapult the brand into the upper echelon.
