Delaware North has landed a deal to bolster the library of its online casino in West Virginia by partnering with a renowned game developer. Betly Casino, owned by Delaware North, has added a complete library of online casino games from AGS Interactive, further expanding the AGS presence in the Mountain State.

That expansion allows Betly to become more competitive in a state that features some of the top iGaming operators in the state, including DraftKings Casino.

Betly bolsters West Virginia online casino library with deal

One of 11 online casinos in West Virginia, Betly significantly grew its offering of games thanks to this AGS deal.

That includes the addition of popular titles such as Rakin' Bacon and 3x Ultra Diamond, which, according to a press release, was voted the 2025 EKG Top Performing New Online Slot.

Other popular titles include Capital Gains and Mega Diamond.

Bob Akeret, general manager of interactive gaming at Delaware North, said the addition of this expansive list of AGS games is representative of Betly committing to delivering top-tier entertainment to West Virginia online casino players and become more competitive with the likes of BetMGM Casino.

Betly Casino aggressively expanding online casino offerings

This is just the latest in a series of announcements from Delaware North and Betly since the beginning of summer.

In September, Betly bolstered its library of games by reintroducing titles from Evolution, which include popular games like No Limit City and the Crazy Time live dealer game show.

On top of that, the re-launch featured games from well-known developers NetENT, Red Tiger and Big Time Gaming. As Ekeret echoed following the AGS announcement, the Evolution partnership followed Betly's dedication to delivering "cutting-edge" and "high-quality" online casino games.

Betly kicked off the summer by reaching a content aggregation agreement with EveryMatrix, which would deliver online slots to Betly West Virginia players via SlotMatrix. There's no shortage of content there, as SlotMatrix boasts a library of over 34,000 games.

It was just the second content aggregation deal in the US for EveryMatrix, which first reached such an agreement with betPARX across several jurisdictions.
