Texas Tech might be the best 2-3 Power 5 team in the country. The Red Raiders squandered a three-score lead in their opener against Wyoming, and also missed opportunities to beat Oregon and West Virginia. This is a crucial swing game for their hopes of a winning season and/or bowl bid. Baylor salvaged its own season with a miracle 28-point comeback against UCF last week, but it will be difficult for the Bears to find that magic again.
