Best bets for NFL Week 8 on Sunday
The Bills enter Week 8 refreshed after a Week 7 bye, and they'll aim to move to 6-1 when they host the 4-3 Ravens. Baltimore has been without star quarterback Lamar Jackson the last two weeks due to an ankle sprain, but it looks like he'll be back, setting up an elite quarterback matchup between Jackson and Josh Allen. The SportsLine Projection Model, which simulates every NFL game 10,000 times, has the Ravens winning in 45% of simulations.
Out in the AFC West, the Chiefs are fresh off their first loss of 2026, and they get a rematch with the Broncos, who Kansas City blew out in Week 1. The Broncos are 5-1 since their loss to the Chiefs in Week 1, which was hardly a close contest. Denver has won three straight games. The Chiefs will be steaming mad entering this matchup after getting embarrassed in Seattle in Week 7. Kenneth Walker III had a nightmare return to the Pacific Northwest, rushing 14 times for 36 yards against his former squad. He had two touchdowns and over 190 total yards against Denver in Week 1. Denver wins in 49% of the SportsLine model's simulations as a slight home underdog.
Sunday Night Football wraps up the day as the NFC East is on full display when the Commanders host the Eagles. Neither side is in great form right now with Washington at 1-4-1 following its bye week and Philadelphia dropping to 2-5 after losing to Dallas for its fifth straight defeat. The Commanders are the healthier side here with the Eagles down Jalen Hurts for the year and other star players banged up, including Saquon Barkley. The SportsLine model has Philly winning 32% of the time to return value at current odds.
