On Monday night, the New Orleans Saints will host NFC South foes, the Atlanta Falcons, to close out Week 4 of the NFL season. Here are recent prices for this market at Polymarket, current as of Monday morning:

Predicting the correct outcome will pay out at $1 per event contract.

Other available prediction markets on the Polymarket U.S. app for pro football include division winners, conference winners, awards and season-long statistics.

Some sports markets may be unavailable or restricted in certain jurisdictions based upon the state's laws and regulations.

Prediction markets allow you to trade on the outcomes of real-life events, including sports in most states. Instead of making wagers versus the house (sports betting/sportsbook trading), users trade in the open market in peer-to-peer exchanges.

Instead of placing wagers, users buy contracts on the probability of an event happening, such as a team winning or a player going over a certain statistic. Contract prices are from $0 to $1 and reflect the implied probability that the event will happen. Each share pays out $1 if the prediction is correct and $0 if incorrect. Just like sports betting, users can trade on upcoming events, live sporting events, and even longer-term ones, such as with futures.

As of October 2026, the following sports markets are available on Polymarket US: NBA, MLB, NHL, NFL, NCAA football, UFC, Golf, WNBA, World Cup soccer, Champions League soccer, Major League soccer, various European soccer leagues, ATP, WTA, ITF Tennis, IPL Cricket, Esports

Polymarket US displays prices for its events, with the displayed percentage the implied probability of the event happening

At a sportsbook, you are playing against the house, and the trading team has the power to change/shift odds. At Polymarket US, users trade event contracts with one another, and implied probabilities that move in real-time determine the price of each event contract.

You can use Polymarket US as one of the best prediction market apps to shop around to find the best price for your trades. To be clear, this is not financial advice. We recommend always doing your own research before trading.

With Polymarket prices set between $0 and $1, this translates to the implied probability of 0% to 100%. From the implied probability, you can then use the SportsLine odds converter to calculate the Polymarket prices into whichever format of betting odds you prefer.

How prices are displayed
For those unfamiliar with utilizing prices instead of odds, Polymarket US allows you to display traditional American odds within the app's settings tool. You can also view prices as percentages as well, so you're allowed three different options for the odds display.

Trending markets
Additionally, there is a "trending" feature in which the top active markets or events are displayed within banners at the top of the home page. Within each banner are the prices/odds, which is convenient as you don't have to tap into the event to see the current trading activity.

Games/Futures
Also, each market (NFL, MLB, Tennis, etc.) presents you with two tabs -- one for individual matches/games and another for futures events. Thus, there's no need for constant scrolling to find whichever you're looking for, as one isn't buried beneath the other.

On the legal Polymarket US app that is licensed and regulated federally by the CFTC, there are no crypto transactions allowed. That may be confusing for new users who visit the Polymarket.com global desktop/mobile website, which is banned in the United States.

In order to operate in compliance within the U.S., the Polymarket app has a CFTC license, with all transactions using typical methods you find at other regulated prediction markets, sportsbooks and online casinos. Those available methods are below.

If your prediction is correct, then shares are paid out at $1.00 per share. For example, if you back a prediction with 22% probability, and you win, then you'd have a $0.78 profit per share. If you lose, then you don't win any money.

Once a market settles, you can withdraw within the app, or you can also sell your shares before the outcome is finalized. With the latter, it is required that another user is willing to buy your shares at your listed price in order to exit before resolution.

The Polymarket app is seamless and easily navigable, as those familiar with any of the popular DFS apps should have comfort in using the Polymarket app. Below are individual aspects of the app from a first-time user's perspective.

With four tabs -- Home, Live, Portfolio, Search -- users should have little difficulty in finding whatever they need. Each tab is direct, though the Search tab seems a bit unnecessary and redundant with the Home tab. The two display essentially the same information, as simply adding a "search" bar to the Home tab could consolidate things a bit.

The home screen is very thorough, with several markets listed horizontally at the top, and dozens of events listed vertically underneath. Having so much information displayed within a single tab can be a bit overwhelming, but it's simply a matter of preference for an individual user. You will find whatever market you are looking for, though it may take some time to sift through other markets.

This is where the "search" bar listed above could come in handy for the home screen. Also, the current search bar only searches events and not markets -- searching "MLB" will display all MLB events within the app, but it won't take you directly to the MLB market.

I didn't come across any bugs or lagging from transitioning between markets, events, or tabs within the app. Everything is displayed instantly with a single tap, and even the real-time prices/probabilities had no lag whatsoever.

The Portfolio tab shows both your open positions and your history of events. Each of your open positions shows the price/probability the event had when you traded on it, as well as its current probability. You can also see how the value of your trade has changed, and you are presented with the option to sell your shares, provided another user is willing to buy them.

Once an event resolves, a "Redeem" icon appears, replacing the "Sell" icon. At the top of the Portfolio page, you can also filter your profit/loss by 1 day, 1 week, 1 month, or all-time.

There is an in-app messaging window for customer support, and it appears that the responses are AI-generated. However, your message also generates a ticket, in which the app says it will notify you both within the in-app messaging and by email when a response -- seemingly by a human -- is generated.

There are also links to FAQs, help documents, and Polymarket US does list an email address of support@polymarket.us for further assistance needs.

I did not come across a phone number or posted social media channels if one prefers to get help via those means.

The Polymarket US app is a solid option for those wanting to participate in sports event contract trading, with an abundance of different markets and events to predict. The app UX is simple and has a similar look and feel to many DFS apps in terms of the interface and the gameplay itself. The Polymarket promo code SPORTSLINE unlocks a $25 trading bonus.

For those interested in additional Responsible Trading tools, you can find them in the account settings menu and listed below.

Polymarket is a prediction market platform that gives users the opportunity to predict what happens in real-life events. These events can range from sports to tech to weather to elections. Similar to sports betting, users profit when their predictions are correct but don't win anything if their predictions are incorrect. Unlike sports betting, prediction markets like Polymarket US are peer-to-peer, so users aren't competing against the "house" or against sportsbooks.

The U.S. app Polymarket promo code SPORTSLINE offers new users a $25 bonus in trading funds after they make an initial $10 deposit.

Polymarket US is available in all U.S. states (except NV), Washington D.C. and U.S. territories.

Polymarket US displays prices/probabilities next to an event's outcome, which reflect the implied likelihood of that outcome occurring. Users then buy shares on their outcome choice, with each share worth between $0.01 and $1.00. You have the opportunity to exit a trade by selling your shares, provided another user is willing to purchase them. When the event resolves, the shares are then converted into exactly $1.00 in value and payouts are processed using the method of your choosing.

Prediction markets are federally regulated by the Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC). They, including Polymarket US, are legal in all 50 states plus Washington, D.C., though availabilities are restricted to the above states.

Yes, there are various sports markets available on Polymarket US. These include the most popular sports/leagues such as soccer, NFL, NBA, baseball, golf and UFC, as well as more niche markets such as Esports, cycling, chess and KBO. However, sports prediction markets are restricted by some states on the Polymarket app.

Yes, the app is the most popular platform to engage with Polymarket US. Only the Polymarket app is licensed and regulated at a federal level by the CFTC. The Polymarket.com global website is not available in the U.S. and is a different platform than the Polymarket US app that is available in the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.

Yes. Polymarket doesn't distinguish between a "promo code" and a "referral code". When you sign up using code SPORTSLINE, you're using both the referral code and the promo code simultaneously, which unlocks the sign-up bonus outlined above.

The biggest difference is that Kalshi offers a larger selection of sports markets in states where sports event contract trading is available.

In terms of popularity and ratings, Polymarket US lags behind Kalshi in both areas. Kalshi has more than twice as many downloads on both the Apple App Store and Google Play Store, in addition to having higher app ratings in both stores than Polymarket US.
