Nathan MacKinnon apparently shuts it down until the playoffs, but here's a chance for other Avs to shine. Goal opportunities should exist; Rick Tocchet will give another chance Vancouver's goal to Thatcher Demko, even as he's had a bumpy go his last four starts after impressing in his first two outings upon his return from injury. Demko certainly hasn't been too sharp in his last four starts, and has a very so-so 3.32 GAA and .870 saves in three April starts. The Canucks, however, do have a pair of six-goal efforts in their last three, and even as MacKinnon is a likely scratch for the Avs, note Colorado has still scored 14 goals across its last three games.
