By winning the game-in-hand (next Thursday vs the Kings) and taking care of business against the Wild in regulation time, the Flames pull level and retain a real chance to slip in as the West's 8th seed. Note that Calgary has won all eight games vs. California teams this season, with GK Dustin Wolf posting a 1.97 GAA in four April starts, including a 4-1 win at home vs. the Ducks last Thursday.
