Montreal (though off a loss to St Louis) flying in recent weeks and having moved into the last East wild card spot, and the "new coach bounce" to consider tonight with Philly after John Tortorella was dismissed Wednesday. Interim Brad Shaw in charge until the end of the season but the Flyers are winless in their last six and just one win in their last 12. Shaw has been there as an assistant, too, so hard to envision him in charge forging a turnaround at this stage. The Canadiens had picked up points in six straight games prior to the Blues loss, and rookie goalie Jakub Dobes (apparently in the nets tonight) has impressed enough to trust against this foe.
